Chargeback Policy
We have a strict stance on unauthorized chargebacks and will take necessary action against any attempts to dispute valid transactions. Our orders are fulfilled efficiently, and our support team is available 24/7 to address any questions or issues. For this reason, unjustified chargebacks are considered unacceptable.

60-Day Return Policy
We provide a 60-day return window, starting from the date your item is delivered, giving you ample time to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must remain in their original state — unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (such as a receipt) is required.

  • Due to sanitary reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened. Please review product descriptions before purchasing.

Damaged or Defective Items

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a return and issue either a replacement or a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For the safety and well-being of all our customers, we cannot accept returns for the following items:

  • Personal care products, cosmetics, intimate apparel, and any items that come into direct contact with the skin or body once opened.

  • Final sale items.

Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges
